Hard Work Pays Off ☺
Recently, I was a Research Engineer at an optical metrology company. For the previous three years I focused extensively on developing the TurnCheck series and got a fair amount of physical and software features in them before I left! Here's one of the examples I'm decently proud of.
This is the integration of the robotic arm into the machines ecosystem to support automated loading and unloading of a part. This required careful design and review of the state and sequence diagrams in order to model the system's high level operation alongside careful code review and robust C++ development. Overall I'm very pleased to see it out there and know that my code has had a real impact on the world.
